Epson DX7 Printhead

The Epson DX7 printhead was released in 2009, designed for the industrial printer model. Its new piezoelectric crystals not only double the lifespan of the DX5 printhead, but also adapt to the temperature better. The color saturation and stability are better than DX5 as well. The DX7 printhead will become a real productive choice in A3 UV printers.

What makes UV-300 unique, it is not a simply converted printer. Adopt original Epson P400/P408 printer, for high precision and speed. While the remaining parts are all customized, in order to enhance the stability effectively.  

UV curing technology, and with imported high-quality water-cooled UV LED curing light source to ensure high luminous efficiency, 3D relief effect, and immediately dry, with excellent curing effect.  

White ink dual-cycle device to prevent white ink from clogging on the head, damer, tube, and ink bottle. The ink cartridge adopts pressure type ink supply, excellent ink flow, reliable and durable.  

Built-in linear guide rail to ensure high-precision printing and effectively prevent carriage from slow down in long-running process.  

Integral aluminum alloy platform, higher precision, and can print heavy objects, and easy to clean.

UV Ink Introduction

We strongly recommend to use our UV ink, for less issue and maximum printhead lifespan, with very competitive price.

Application Scope

• Leather, Crystal, Wood, PVC, ABS, Acrylic, Plastic, Stone, Rubber, Disc, Sticky Vinyl, Glass, Ceramic, Metal, Photo Paper etc.

Attention

• UV ink is corrosive to the printhead nozzle. The service life of printhead is 1-1.5 year

• UV ink cannot be mixed with other inks such as dye ink, pigment ink, thermal transfer ink, etc.

• The color ink has a shelf life of 1 year and the white ink has a shelf life of 6 months.

Features

• Taiwan Sanhuang / East Zhou UV ink pigment particles less than 1 micron in diameter, does not contain volatile organic solvents, ultra-low viscosity, non-irritating odor, to ensure that the ink in the spray printing process noon jam nozzle, after six months of high temperature storage Experiments, non-pigmentation, subsidence, delamination and other anomalies.

• Waterproof, UV, oxidation, scratch and abrasion resistant.
